Lead Recruiter

LED Phantom is a fast-growing green technology company specializing in LED lighting solutions, energy efficiency, and EV charging technologies. We support operations in the United States while expanding our global technical team in India.

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter based in Noida to help scale our hiring operations by sourcing top engineering, technical, and operational talent.

The Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and managing candidate pipelines. This role requires strong experience recruiting software engineers, backend developers, inventory specialists, and operations talent.

The ideal candidate has experience working with U.S.-based companies or international hiring environments and understands fast-paced hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing

• Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent databases
• Build pipelines for software engineers, backend developers, and technical roles
• Proactively identify passive candidates

Candidate Screening

• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate:
• Technical skills
• Communication
• Cultural fit
• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates

Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership teams
• Manage candidate communication and feedback cycles
• Ensure smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Recruitment Strategy

• Develop sourcing strategies to meet hiring targets
• Maintain candidate pipelines for future roles
• Support urgent hiring requirements

Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain candidate tracking in ATS or recruitment systems
• Track recruitment KPIs including:
• Time-to-hire
• Candidate conversion rates
• Offer acceptance rate

Required Qualifications

• 36 years of recruiting experience
• Experience hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, Backend Developers, IT roles)
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience recruiting for U.S. & India market
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

Compensation (India Market)

• Salary: 6 LPA 8 LPA (based on experience)
