Job Description

Role Overview


We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across technology and executive mandates, partnering closely with clients to deliver high-quality hires in record time.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level technical and leadership positions.
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and position requirements.
  • Leverage AI-driven sourcing tools, professional networks, and targeted research to identify exceptional candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, evaluate fitment, and present qualified profiles to clients.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to offer stage.
  • Maintain accurate data and insights on recruitment metrics and pipelines.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates to foster long-term engagement.


Requirements

  • 16 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology hiring and/or executive search
  • Strong understanding of technology roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product, etc.) and leadership hiring
  • Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • A balanced approach combining analytical thinking with strong people intuition (leveraging AI insights along with human judgment)


Compensation Range

  • 13 years of relevant experience: 36 LPA
  • 3+ years of relevant experience: 610 LPA


Must-Have

  • Comfortable working on-site from Powai (4 days in office, 1 day WFH, fixed weekends off)
