Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly technical, hands-on Lead React Developer to steer the frontend architecture of our flagship platform. You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap, ensuring code quality across multiple teams, and mentoring senior developers. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in React 19, Next.js, and building high-performance, accessible web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Architecture & Vision: Design scalable frontend architectures using Micro-frontends and Module Federation. Own the transition to React Server Components (RSC) for improved Core Web Vitals.

Technical Leadership: Lead a team of 10+ engineers. Conduct high-stakes code reviews and set the "Gold Standard" for coding practices (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code).

Performance Engineering: Optimize application performance (LCP, FID, CLS) for millions of users. Implement advanced code-splitting, tree-shaking, and caching strategies.

AI Integration: Evangelize the use of AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor) within the team to accelerate development velocity while maintaining security.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Product Managers and UI/UX Designers to translate complex business requirements into technical specs.

3. Technical Skills Required (The 2026 Edge)

Core Technical Stack:

React Mastery: Expert knowledge of React 19+, Hooks, Suspense, and Concurrent Rendering.

Frameworks: Extensive experience with Next.js 15+ or Remix for SSR/SSG/ISR.

State Management: Deep understanding of Zustand, TanStack Query (React Query), or specialized Signals-based state management.

Languages: Mastery of TypeScript (Advanced types, utility types, and strict mode).

DevOps & Tools:

Modern Tooling: Proficiency in Vite, TurboRepo, or Nx for monorepo management.

Testing: Leading TDD/BDD environments using Vitest, Playwright, and Cypress.

Cloud & CI/CD: Hands-on with AWS/Azure frontend hosting (Amplify, Vercel) and automated GitHub Actions pipelines.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Mentorship: Proven track record of growing Senior Developers into Leads.

Agile Orchestration: Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and managing sprint velocities.
