Lead Quality Specialist – Quality Management

We are currently looking for experienced professionals in Supplier Quality / Manufacturing Quality to join a leading global organization.

This role will be responsible for driving supplier quality performance, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives at supplier sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct inspection of castings and machined valve components at supplier facilities as per defined quality plans
• Ensure parts meet engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection criteria
• Report daily inspection status and supplier quality performance trends
• Identify defects or deviations and coordinate with suppliers and internal quality teams
• Implement containment and corrective actions for non-conformance reports (NCRs)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier quality and incoming part quality

Ideal candidate profile:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing / Quality / Supplier Quality / Supplier Development
• Hands-on exposure to casting and machining components (preferably valves)
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of inspection and measurement techniques
• Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• Comfortable working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders

This role requires frequent travel to supplier sites and is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in supplier-facing quality environments.
