  • Test Case Development: Design and document UAT (User Acceptance Testing) test plans and test cases that align specifically with functional requirements and acceptance criteria
  • UAT Execution: Lead and execute manual end-to-end test scripts to validate that new features meet business needs.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and communicate defects clearly to development teams for resolution.
  • Regression Testing: Work through regression testing cycles to ensure that new updates do not negatively impact existing functionality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Participate in project meetings to understand scope and contribute to the overall UAT strategy and planning.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field
  • 7+ years of experience working with consumer-facing digital platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and time zones.
  • Possesses clear understanding of business processes and how they impact final testing outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining alignment with onshore teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to design and implement automated UI or API tests to improve team efficiency.
  • Experience with programming concepts and querying languages
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation test jobs within a CI/CD pipeline
  • Knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance, usability, and accessibility testing.
