Job Summary
As a Lead Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our Cards & Payments domain. You will leverage your expertise in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL to drive testing strategies and automation. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality in the Cards & Payments domainOversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium TestNG and MavenProvide expertise in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues in a timely mannerUtilize Jira for tracking defects and managing test cases efficientlyDevelop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for database validation and testingEnsure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software testingConduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve test coverage and qualityMentor junior team members and provide guidance on testing methodologies and toolsAnalyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholdersDrive the adoption of new testing tools and technologies to enhance the testing processParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectivesEnsure the testing environment is properly set up and maintained for optimal performance
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQLHave in-depth knowledge of the Cards & Payments domainDemonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExhibit strong communication and collaboration abilitiesShow proficiency in developing and executing automated test scriptsHave experience in continuous integration and continuous deployment processesDisplay a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practicesHold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related fieldHave a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant experienceShow commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvementDemonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior team membersPossess strong organizational and time management skillsExhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
