Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber JavaScript Java TestNG Selenium and PL/SQL. Experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and make a significant impact on our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of test strategies for various applications.
  • Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Cucumber JavaScript Java TestNG and Selenium.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Identify document and track defects to resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test data.
  • Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on test execution progress and results.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality software delivery.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Cucumber JavaScript Java TestNG Selenium and PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrate expertise in developing and executing automated test scripts.
  • Have a solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in root cause analysis and defect resolution.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Investment Banking Operations or Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
