Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven. Experience in Commercial Lending is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring high standards are met.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and design test strategies.
  • Utilize Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven to automate testing processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing to identify and document defects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Implement best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in quality engineering.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Java TestNG Jira Selenium and Maven.
  • Have experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
  • Demonstrate ability to automate testing processes using relevant tools.
  • Show proficiency in identifying and documenting defects.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in Commercial Lending is a plus.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in quality engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE) ISTQB Certified Tester Selenium Certification
