Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL along with domain experience in Electronic Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment contributing to the companys success and impacting the electronic payments industry.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for electronic payment solutions ensuring high standards and reliability.
  • Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Selenium TestNG and Java.
  • Provide expertise in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using Jenkins.
  • Manage and track defects using Jira ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with development teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct performance testing and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain test environments ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test plans test cases and test data for various testing phases.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in quality assurance and testing.
  • Mentor and guide junior quality engineers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and testability.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely updates on testing progress.
  • Drive innovation in testing methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in the electronic payments domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts.
  • Have a solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Preferably have experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
  • Be capable of working in a hybrid work model.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret test results.
  • Have experience with performance testing and analysis.
