Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber Azure Java TestNG and Selenium. Experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Oversee the development and execution of automated test scripts using Cucumber Selenium and TestNG.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes are followed using Azure DevOps.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Monitor and report on test execution progress and quality metrics.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the testing process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the cutting edge.
  • Ensure that all testing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in automated testing tools such as Cucumber Selenium and TestNG.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages particularly Java.
  • Have hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show experience in Investment Banking Operations and Investment Banking & Brokerage is a plus.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
