Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience in the Consumer Lending domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the highest quality standards in our software products contributing to the companys mission and positively impacting society.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality.Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated test scripts using Selenium Cucumber and TestNG.Provide expertise in Java programming to enhance test automation frameworks.Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing processes within Jenkins and Maven.Ensure thorough testing of PL/SQL scripts to validate data integrity and performance.Utilize Jira for defect tracking test case management and project coordination.Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities.Analyze test results identify issues and work with developers to resolve them promptly.Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test plans test cases and test results.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.Drive initiatives to enhance the overall quality assurance process and tools.
Qualifications
Must have strong experience with Cucumber Jenkins Java TestNG Jira Selenium Maven and PL/SQL.Must have domain expertise in Consumer Lending.Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments.Nice to have experience mentoring junior team members.
