Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in DevOps Selenium Java and Node js. Experience in Payer Finance & Accounting domains is a plus. This hybrid role requires working in a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the quality assurance efforts for various projects ensuring high standards are met.
  • Oversee the implementation of automated testing frameworks using Selenium.
  • Provide expertise in DevOps practices to streamline the development and deployment processes.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts in Java and Node js to ensure robust testing coverage.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects early in the development cycle.
  • Ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are effectively utilized.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement best practices for test automation and performance testing.
  • Monitor and report on test execution and defect metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and define test strategies.
  • Mentor junior quality engineers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the overall software development lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in DevOps Selenium Java and Node js.
  • Have a good understanding of Payer Finance & Accounting domains.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining test scripts.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
