Job Description
Role Name: QA Lead
Years of Experience: 10+ years
Location: Chennai
Mode: Onsite (No Hybrid - No Remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experience in software testing with 8+ of overall experience
- Experience in automation, especially hands on with Selenium / Playwright / Webdriver.io
- Experience in understanding product architecture including frontend and API aggregation
- Experience in AI technologies such as LLMs, prompting techniques, and AI tools like Claude, Gemini
- Experience in leading QA teams and mentoring junior members
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Work from Office, Location: Chennai
- Tool Experience Needed:
- Hands on experience with Selenium automation using Java and JavaScript
- Experience in API testing and modern web technologies
- Experience in AI platforms and tools such as Claude and Gemini
- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools like JIRA
- Familiarity with automation best practices and continuous integration pipelines
