We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with 9+ years of relevant experience to lead quality initiatives for cutting-edge AI-driven products. If youre passionate about automation, modern testing practices, and AI technologies, this role is for you.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and own end-to-end QA strategy for AI-based products
• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks
• Hands-on involvement in automation using Selenium / Playwright / Webdriver.io
• Understand and validate product architecture, including frontend and API aggregation
• Drive API testing, integration testing, and regression automation
• Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Software Testing
• Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing
• Expertise in Selenium with Java & JavaScript
• Experience with Playwright / Webdriver.io
• Solid experience in API testing and modern web technologies
• Proven experience testing AI products (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of LLMs, prompting techniques, and AI tools such as Claude, Gemini
• Experience with JIRA or similar test management & bug tracking tools
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices
