About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead QA Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality software. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team focused on functional testing, performance testing, and data validation across diverse technologies. This role also offers the opportunity to lead integration testing across multiple scrum teams.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in shaping our QA strategy and mentoring others while driving excellence across the product lifecycle.

• Define and implement test strategies including automation, performance, and integration

• Lead functional and non-functional testing across end-to-end business scenarios

• Collaborate with architects and BAs to define performance testing plans

• Champion automation goals and guide implementation

• Apply agile QA methodologies and best practices throughout development stages

• Understand business use cases to ensure high-quality solutions

• Design and review test scenarios and coverage

• Troubleshoot and resolve testing challenges

• Track defects, report status, and communicate progress to stakeholders

• Drive continuous quality improvements

• Coach and mentor junior QA engineers

What You’ll Bring

• 8–10 years of experience in QA or software development

• Proven success in implementing test strategies across automation, performance, and integration

• Strong coding skills in Python or Java

• Deep understanding of agile QA methodologies

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and version control systems like Git

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Passion for mentoring and team development

• Financial services domain knowledge is a plus
