Lead Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee and drive machine learning projects from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate will bridge technical and business objectives while leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact ML solutions!

In this role, you will have an equal opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions to international clients. You will work with, learn from subject matter experts, and could take on more responsibility and progress within the AI COE team.  Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, we also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Furthermore, you will: 

Lead and manage multiple ML projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Coordinate between data scientists, ML engineers, customers, and business teams

Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed

We drive agile methodologies and standard processes in project execution

Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior management, Mentor and guide project team members!

We expect you to have 


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of project management experience with 3+ years specifically in AI/ML projects, PMP certification or equivalent
• Strong understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle and deployment processes
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Education Qualification: Bachelor/master's in computer science or relevant stream.

It would be great if you

• Master's degree in relevant field
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of ML frameworks and technologies
• Scrum Master certification
• Experience in stakeholder management at enterprise level
