Job Description
- Lead and manage infrastructure construction projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
- Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Proficiency in construction project management software
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Experience with cost estimation, budgeting, and financial management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Extensive experience in construction project management
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure construction processes
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
- 15+ Years of work experience
