Lead Product Software Engineer

About the Role:
As a Lead Product Software Engineer, you will independently execute specialized software development tasks. This role involves advanced coding, system design, and optimizing software solutions. you would be the tech. Lead of the team and would be responsible for Team's release delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and release of Scandinavian hybrid and pure cloud products.

• Provide Technical guidance and mentorship to junior Engineers.

• Reviewing code.

The following mandatory Technical skill set is required:

• Proficient in .NET core including ASP.Net

• Experience with HTML/CSS and javascript.

• Hands on experience with Front-end development using Angular.

• Extensive Experience in Cloud-based development, primarily on Microsoft Azure, using Azure services including Service Bus, App Services and Azure Functions.

• Experience in SQL Database

• Writing Unit Test cases.

• Use of Mocking Frameworks

Team management responsibilities:

• Ensure team goals set and tracked periodically for completion.

• Support the professional development of the team memebers in both technical and soft skills via appropriate engagement.

• Conduct annual Performance appraisals of the team

• Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.

Other Important Skills:

Should be conversant with Solution design, Application architecture, Agile Process.
