What you will be doing?
- Define and evolve product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Lead the development and execution of go to market strategies for product launches, including coordination of cross functional teams
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to ensure that launches are not just operationally successful, but commercially impactful and clearly differentiated.
- Ensure that product messaging becomes a strategic advantage in driving win rates and accelerating deal momentum.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high performing product marketing team, providing clear direction, career development, and support.
- Drive product led storytelling across customer-facing and market-facing channels to reinforce credibility and authority.
Desired Profile
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, Go-To-Market Strategy, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a high-growth startup or scale-up setting.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong exposure to SaaS business models with a clear understanding of how product positioning influences pipeline generation, deal progression, and customer adoption.
- Proven ability to work closely with Product, Sales, and Growth teams to translate technical capabilities into compelling market-facing narratives.
- Experience supporting enterprise or mid-market sales cycles through effective messaging, enablement, and value articulation.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, buyer personas, and multi-stakeholder decision-making in B2B environments.
