Key Responsibilities:

Define and deliver the product vision and multi-year roadmap.

Drive insight-led product development using analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, Firebase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI).

Oversee A/B testing and experimentation frameworks (Optimizely, Firebase Experiments, VWO).

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product releases.

Improve conversion, ordering flows, retention, and personalization.

Build and mentor a high-performing product management team.

Partner with engineering, design, data, and business teams to ensure alignment.

Profile & Qualifications:

10+ years of product management experience in large-scale consumer/e-commerce apps.

Strong command of analytics, experimentation, and KPI-driven decision-making.

Proven track record of shipping impactful, data-driven features.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred: Experience in delivery, retail tech, personalization, or loyalty.

Success Metrics:

Conversion, AOV, retention, session metrics, MAU/DAU.

Delivery accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction.

App store ratings, NPS, CSAT.

Roadmap velocity and experiment success rate.
