Looking for a hands-on Lead Product Manager who can own strategy, drive monetization, and ship high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Own

• Define and drive the product roadmap & strategy for AI hiring products
• Work closely with customers to identify real problems and build scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into clear PRDs & execution plans
• Drive monetization & pricing strategy for sustainable growth
• Lead outcome-driven development: sprint planning, backlog prioritization & releases
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success to drive adoption
• Use product metrics & data to continuously improve user experience

What Were Looking For

• 78+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS experience preferred)
• Strong experience in product monetization & pricing models
• Proven track record of launching products from concept scale
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Experience mentoring APMs or analysts
• Understanding of AI technologies / conversational systems in business workflows
• HR Tech / Recruitment industry exposure is a strong plus
