About the Role

Were looking for a Senior or Lead Product Designer who can think deeply, act boldly, and design with empathy. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, asks the right questions, and uses design as a strategic tool to shape the product and the business. Youll be a force multipliercrafting elegant experiences, mentoring designers, and helping build a design culture rooted in curiosity, clarity, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive design excellence across multiple workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with product strategy and business outcomes.
• Establish and maintain a scalable, centralized design system and asset library with a focus on clarity, version control, and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to define goals, timelines, and success metrics for design initiatives.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to other designers through reviews, 1:1s, and structured coaching; help grow the design teams skills and impact.
• Contribute to and evolve best practices, design methodologies, and patterns to ensure high standards of usability and consistency across the product.
• Promote a culture of rapid iteration, learning, and feedbackboth within the design team and cross-functionally.
• Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to enhance productivity, creativity, and collaboration.

Qualifications

We are looking for a seasoned Product Designer with deep experience in B2B or SaaS applications, who can bring strong design leadership, strategic thinking, and an eye for detail to the team. As a senior member of the design team, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience across our platform, driving high-impact initiatives from vision to execution, and mentoring other designers.

Required Skills

• You have led and owned the end-to-end design process from discovery and research to final delivery with a strong user-centered approach.
• You have designed at scale and can balance near-term delivery with long-term design vision.
• Youve conducted and guided user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, turning insights into intuitive, effective design solutions.
• You can distill complexity into clear, usable interfaces and are able to align user needs with business goals.
• You enjoy close collaboration with product, engineering, data, and other cross-functional partners to define and drive product strategy.
• Youre fluent in Figma (or equivalent) and can deliver high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and specifications with precision and clarity.
• You bring a systems-thinking mindset to design, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability across the platform.
• You leverage metrics and usability testing to guide decision-making, measure success, and iterate.
• You are comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments and can prioritize effectively to meet ambitious goals.
