Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive product success. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to ensure efficient asset management processes.Oversee the development and deployment of product strategies that align with client requirements and industry standards.Provide expert guidance on best practices for asset management within the Industrial Manufacturing domain.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Maximo solutions with existing systems.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.Monitor and evaluate the performance of Maximo implementations to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams on Maximo Asset Management.Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the specified timeline.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Maximo Asset Management and Industrial Manufacturing.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress challenges and solutions.Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management processes.
