Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OIPA Rule Palette OIPA Architecture OIPA IVS and OIPA. Additionally expertise in Policy Administration Life Policy Owner Service and Life and Annuities Insurance is required. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in the insurance domain.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of OIPA solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the development and maintenance of OIPA Rule Palette configurations.Provide technical expertise in OIPA Architecture to ensure system integrity and performance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for OIPA IVS.Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of OIPA solutions.Support the integration of OIPA with other systems and platforms.Conduct training sessions for team members and clients on OIPA functionalities.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to OIPA implementations.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Policy Administration.Manage life policy owner service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.Implement solutions for Life and Annuities Insurance to improve operational efficiency.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OIPA systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality insurance solutions.
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in OIPA Rule Palette OIPA Architecture OIPA IVS and OIPA.Demonstrate expertise in Policy Administration and Life Policy Owner Service.Have a deep understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have the ability to conduct training sessions effectively.Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Show a commitment to industry standards and best practices.Possess the ability to work in a hybrid model.Exhibit strong project management skills.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Show a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
