Key Responsibilities:

Business Requirements Refinement and Analysis:

  • Expand upon Business Requirements and Features for NDC API platform capabilities to provide relevant acceptance criteria, functional requirement considerations, and clarified scope boundaries
  • Assist Technical Product Managers in understanding of NDC common practices or guidance for new capabilities based on research in OA implementations or IATA documentation
  • Assist Technical Product Managers in documentation of NDC API elements needed in requests and responses to achieve the outcomes outlined in the Business Features


User Acceptance Testing:

  • Assist Technical Product Managers in developing effective and efficient sets of User Acceptance Test cases for NDC Channel Business Features
  • Identify tools, practices, or approaches that can improve efficiency and accuracy of User Acceptance Testing and Test Reporting
  • Assisting Technical Product Managers in UAT execution and reporting


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field
  • 7+ years in relevant role, such as Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst
  • 4+ years experience in relevant role in a B2B API product or GUI with direct B2B API Product dependencies
  • 3+ years experience with Air-focused Travel Software
  • 3+ years experience using Agile-influenced requirements management such as use of User Stories, Features, Epics

  • Inquisitive to understand customer priorities and business challenges while creating value for technical solutions.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Airline or Travel Aggregator that has implemented NDC
  • Comfortable using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar API consumption tools
  • Understanding of XML and XML Schema concepts as well as XML manipulation using XPath
