About the Role:

We are hiring a Lead Product Analyst for a fast-growing social commerce / creator-led e-commerce startup. This is a strategic role where you will lead a team of analysts and work closely with Product Managers and Leadership to drive product decisions using data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and define product metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 product analysts.
• Partner with PMs and leadership on experiments, insights, and product strategy.
• Drive A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation best practices.
• Enable self-serve analytics and improve product tracking & dashboards.
• Present data-driven insights for OKRs, leadership reviews, and board decks.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in product analytics / data science in consumer tech startups.
• Strong SQL, data visualization, and product event tracking skills.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Proven people management or mentoring experience.
• Strong product sense and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in content, social, or e-commerce platforms preferred.
