Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Database and SQL Rest API Hibernate Springboot Microservices and Core Java. Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality software solutions using Core Java Springboot Microservices and Hibernate.
  • Oversee the integration of Rest APIs to ensure seamless communication between different systems.
  • Provide expertise in database management and SQL to optimize data storage and retrieval processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of applications through effective coding practices and optimization techniques.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliverables ensuring timely project completion.
  • Implement best practices for software development including agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Core Java Springboot Microservices and Hibernate.
  • Demonstrate expertise in database management and SQL.
  • Have experience with Rest API integration and development.
  • Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
