Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Consultant with 12 to 15 years of experience in Guidewire specifically Guidewire PolicyCenter and Property & Casualty Insurance. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not require travel. This role involves leading product implementations providing expert guidance and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for Property & Casualty Insurance clients.Provide expert guidance on best practices and methodologies for Guidewire implementations.Oversee the customization and configuration of Guidewire PolicyCenter to meet client-specific requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Guidewire solutions.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and translate them into actionable project plans.Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise.Facilitate effective communication between clients stakeholders and project teams.Provide training and support to clients on the use of Guidewire PolicyCenter.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project-related activities.Continuously evaluate and improve project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Guidewire and Property & Casualty Insurance.Contribute to the companys overall success by delivering exceptional client service and driving positive outcomes.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and Property & Casualty Insurance.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Show proficiency in project management and leadership.Have a proven track record of successful Guidewire implementations.Display a deep understanding of insurance industry standards and regulations.Be adept at working in a hybrid work model and managing remote teams.Hold relevant certifications in Guidewire and Property & Casualty Insurance.Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Be proactive in identifying and addressing project challenges.
