Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in T24 - Core Technical - R21 and R20 with a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of T24 Core Technical solutions ensuring alignment with business objectives.Oversee the customization and configuration of T24 R21 and R20 to meet client requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.Ensure the quality and performance of T24 solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical aspects of the project.Conduct regular reviews and assessments of project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks.Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in T24 and Asset and Wealth Management.Mentor and train junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for T24 implementation and support.Participate in client meetings and presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions.Drive innovation and efficiency in our processes ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in T24Core TechnicalR21 and R20 with a proven track record of successful implementations.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Have a solid understanding of Asset and Wealth Management with the ability to apply domain knowledge to technical projects.Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and advancements.Display strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.Have experience working in a hybrid work model demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Certifications Required
T24 Technical Certification Asset and Wealth Management Certification preferred.
