Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter and a strong understanding of the payments domain. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product success and ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of Guidewire ClaimCenter to meet client requirements.Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.Provide expert guidance on best practices for using Guidewire ClaimCenter.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ClaimCenter with other systems.Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure product performance and compliance with standards.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all product-related processes.Facilitate training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on Guidewire ClaimCenter.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Ensure timely resolution of any issues or bugs related to the product.Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product features.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Guidewire ClaimCenter.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance product functionality and user experience.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize product performance and efficiency.
