Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 10 to 12 years of experience in Temenos T24 Temenos Web Services - R21 and Temenos Web Services - R20. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset and Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires day shift work and does not involve travel.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and customization of Temenos T24 solutions to meet client requirements.Oversee the integration of Temenos Web ServicesR21 and R20 within client systems.Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing Temenos products in Asset and Wealth Management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop tailored solutions to enhance their operations.Ensure all project milestones are met within the stipulated timelines and budget.Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients to maximize their understanding and use of Temenos products.Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions to ensure optimal functionality.Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation and post-implementation phases.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Temenos product updates and industry trends.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and outcomes.Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client pitches and proposals.Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in Temenos T24 Temenos Web ServicesR21 and Temenos Web ServicesR20.Demonstrate a strong understanding of Asset and Wealth Management domains.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.Display a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale projects.Hold a relevant certification in Temenos T24 or related technologies.Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work model.Exhibit a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry advancements.Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project documentation effectively.Show a client-focused mindset with a dedication to exceeding client expectations.Have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops for clients.Display a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
