Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding Planning Functional Requirements & Processes
- Understand detailed Procurement processes incl. vendor onboarding, material requestion, RFx, NFAs, GRNs, invoicing, etc.
- Co-develop standard templates (tender requests, RFQ, techno commercial bid comparison, NFAs, vendor evaluation checklist, & approval workflows etc) with functional team.
- Collaborate with Procurement & Contracts Head to incorporate industry best practices and drive process standardization across clusters.
- Review the KPI list and dashboard wireframes for procurement and function.
Coordinate with Procurement tool implementation partner for dashboard development.
Technical Expertise
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Ariba with strong implementation background.
- Must have delivered at least 3 end-to-end Ariba implementation projects (support-only experience will not be considered).
- Good functional knowledge of SAP MM.Practical experience in implementing 23 Ariba modules such as:
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Sourcing
- Contracts
- Buying & Invoicing
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, procurement workflows, and catalog management within SAP Ariba.
- Working knowledge of system integration practices, including configuration, customization, and integration.
Project Management Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud development lifecycle and methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Skilled in using project management tools for scope, schedule, and budget tracking.
- Experienced in leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Expertise in defining and controlling project schedules and scope, including change management.
- Ability to prepare teams for kick-off, foster collaboration, and coach for performance.
- Competent in progress tracking, reporting, and risk mitigation with escalation as needed.
- Strong stakeholder management with clear role definition and communication strategies.
- Familiar with organizational change management (processes, communication, training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical) or related field
- 510 years of experience in procurement function in real estate
- Hands on exposure to procurement tools, ERP systems (SAP) and analytics/reporting tools
- Strong skills in process design, analytics and tool implementation
