Lead Procurement & Contracts

Grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is of the most important pillars of Indias energy transition over the next decade. At Equentia Energy, we are building utility-scale storage assets and are looking to bring on board a Lead Procurement & Contracts to drive strategic sourcing and commercial structuring for large-scale BESS projects.

This role is ideal for professionals currently working in power EPC companies, renewable developers, infrastructure firms, or energy technology providers with demonstrated leadership capability and experience managing contracts and negotiations across geographies, who are looking to take on a leadership-track role in the rapidly evolving BESS sector.

What you will lead:

Strategic procurement and commercial structuring for utility-scale BESS projects

Vendor sourcing and contract negotiations for battery systems, PCS, transformers, switchgear, EMS/SCADA and balance-of-plant

Preparation and management of EPC contracts, supply agreements, and techno-commercial bid evaluations

Cost optimization, contract risk assessment, and supplier relationship management

Coordination with engineering, finance, and project teams to ensure timely procurement and execution

Ensuring compliance with project specifications, commercial standards, and contractual obligations

Location: Delhi | Gujarat | Mumbai
