Job Description
Project Leadership & Technical Expertise
- Focuses on one specific project as lead contributor and technical specialist.
- Develops and formulates advanced engineering concepts.
- Manages a mid-sized team of process engineers.
Project Management Responsibilities
- Leads autonomous project execution (pre-FEED, FEED <20,000 man-hours) with full accountability for:
- Budget & man-hour control
- Planning & progress follow-up
- Serves as Deputy Process Manager for FEED projects (>20,000 man-hours).
- Acts as Interface Manager/Technical Coordinator for projects exceeding 70,000 process man-hours, ensuring cross-disciplinary design alignment.
Lead Process Specialist Engineer Specifics
- Develops technical & commercial proposals, including contractual management.
- Leads consulting services and specialized engineering advisory.

Qualifications: BE/B.Tech- Chemical Engineering
Languages: English (Fluent)
Main skills: 15 to 22 years of experience in Process Design expertise to a variety of Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ Refinery Projects.
