Responsibilities:
Lead the development team in understanding, coding, and delivering user stories to meet project objectives.
Collaborate within a Scrum framework in an Agile development environment to ensure efficient and effective delivery of software solutions.
Implement DevOps practices to optimize the software development lifecycle and improve team productivity.
Address client issues promptly and effectively, providing technical expertise and support as needed.
Develop and maintain automated tests for user stories to support continuous integration and deployment.
Work closely with Business Analysts to understand feature requirements and provide technical insights for implementation, and Task Prioritization.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing development culture.
Contribute to technical designs and provide input for the implementation of features to meet project requirements.
Contribute toward high-quality code reviews.
Design high-quality Architecture systems.
POCs/Demos on product enablement based on the Industry's Technical trends.
Analyze client issues, identify root causes, and provide technical recommendations for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality features on time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
8-12 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web-based applications.
Extensive expertise in Design Patterns, C#, MVC, ASP.Net, Web API, SQL Server, Angular, Ionic, ADO.Net, Entity Framework, JavaScript, and AJAX.
Proven experience working within Agile methodologies, particularly in a Scrum framework.
Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Ability to write clear, maintainable, and efficient code.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex software solution
