Position -Lead/Principal Consultant Digital Transformation - FS Capital Market

Experience - 15 +Years

Location - Bangalore

Experience: Candidate must have 8- 16 years of work experience in Cap Mkt Operations domain.

Responsibilities:

1. Domain Expertise in Middle/Back-office functions across one or more areas Asset Management, Wealth Management, Broker Dealer Ops, Custody Services
2. Lead Pursuits (RFPs/ RFIs): Conceptualize Digital Solution, Win Themes and digital Transformation approach while responding to RFPs/RFIs
3. Knowledge of key Platforms and key technologies in the above functions
4. Strong understanding of Digital Transformation tools/workflow: : Agentic AI/Generative AI/RPA/AI/ML
5. Participate in digital Scope definition / Due Diligence workshops / Orals with prospective customers.
6. Conduct process assessment to create digital transformation PoV, roadmap, benefits, commercials
7. Collaborate & Coordinate with the Sales teams, Account and Delivery Managers, Internal technology teams on the solution.
8. Prepare and present solution presentations.
9. Conduct Solution Walkthroughs and proposal meetings.
10. Create Go to Market (GTM) strategy: Work actively with the sales teams across geographies to identify opportunities proactively and propose winning solutions.
11. Create collaterals and actively evangelize them with key client staff members and enhance team capabilities.
12. Open to domestic & international travel at short notice.
