Lead – PMS & Management Reporting

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our Performance Management System (PMS) & Management Reporting function within FP&A. The PMS Team Lead will be responsible for end-to-end performance management of the business vertical, owning monthly PMS, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, executive dashboards, and order backlog tracking. The role will act as a single source of truth for business performance, coordinating closely with sales, operations, projects, and functional leaders to translate business activity into clear, reliable, and actionable insights. The incumbent will act as the custodian for SAP developments and process standardization across all verticals

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end PMS packs and performance reviews, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support strategic decisions.
• Design and deliver CFO- and Board-ready management reports and dashboards.
• Track order backlog, revenue visibility, and provide forward-looking performance insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Projects, SCM) to translate business activity into financial impact.
• Drive SAP-based process standardization, automation, and governance.
• Lead and develop the PMS/MIS team, ensuring strong controls and performance governance.

What Were Looking For

• 1015 years in FP&A, PMS, or management reporting.
• Fully qualified CA/CMA with SAP expertise (mandatory).
• Background in manufacturing preferred; IEPS industry experience is a plus.
