Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager Performance Marketing to lead BuildAmbits paid growth engine. This role demands strong ownership of budgets, strategy, execution, and outcomes across digital performance channels.

You will work closely with leadership to scale enrollments, optimize CAC and ROAS, and build a sustainable, data-driven performance marketing function.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other paid channels.
  2. Manage and optimize large marketing budgets , ensuring efficient spend, strong ROAS, and controlled CAC.
  3. Scale lead generation and enrollments for high-value upskilling programs.
  4. Drive funnel optimization in collaboration with content, design, and product teams.
  5. Lead experimentation with creatives, audiences, landing pages, and channels.
  6. Build performance dashboards, track metrics, and report insights to leadership.
  7. Manage and mentor performance marketers and agency partners (as applicable).
Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
  • 38 years of experience in performance marketing , preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or high-ticket consumer businesses .
  • Proven experience in owning large monthly/quarterly ad budgets and driving revenue outcomes.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience scaling paid acquisition for working professionals or B2C premium programs is a strong plus.
  • Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
