Job Summary

The Lead OIC Developer is responsible for architecting, leading, and governing the design, development, enhancement, and support of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations. This role provides technical leadership for integration initiatives, ensures adherence to enterprise best practices, mentors developers, and partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable integration solutions.

The Lead will oversee the creation of new custom integrations, modernization of existing integrations, and resolution of complex issues while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and strategic objectives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of OIC integrations for Oracle and non-Oracle applications.
• Define and enforce integration architecture standards, best practices, and governance .
• Review and approve technical designs, build artifacts, and code developed by OIC team members.
• Drive the adoption of modern OIC capabilities , including AI agents and advanced integration patterns.

OIC Development & Integration

• Develop and enhance bespoke OIC integrations , ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Configure and manage OIC connections , including SSH, PGP keys, certificates, and adapters.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of SFTP folder structures aligned with enterprise standards.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex integration defects and production issues .

Oracle Cloud & ERP Support

• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) components, including security, containers, and networking requirements.
• Create and manage objects and configurations within Oracle Fusion ERP to support OIC integrations.
• Partner with ERP and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration flows.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration development.
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams in an IT environment.
• Proven experience delivering integrations in complex, enterprise-scale environments

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , and SQL .
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP integrations .
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources to support integration strategy and execution.
