JOB Description

OCI Architect with 15yrs of Experience

•    More than 15 years of experience as an OIC Architect, with having focused on OCI architecture and administration along with additional knowledge of Oracle Database. 
•    Person should Agentic AI /GenAI automation developer solution expert for OCI IaaS and PaaS solutioning for Cloud Market place. 
•    Design and architect OCI-based solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and database services for IaaS and PaaS Solutions.
•    Administer and maintain OCI admin services across development, testing, and production environments on-premises or on OCI, including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
•    Optimize OCI VM/Cloud performance through tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting, using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and OCI monitoring services.
•    Capable to developing  Cloud Solution like FSDR, Cloud Guard and OCI's Landing zone creation Automation. 
•    Having knowledge of Autonomous database features for disaster recovery and failover in Oracle Cloud Automation Solutions. 
•    Handle Cloud security and compliance tasks, including user management, roles, privileges, encryption, and auditing to meet organizational standards. 
•    Lead Cloud migrations of on-premises ERP workloads like EBS, PeopleSoft, JDE to OCI, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
•    Manage the migration of diverse on-premises workloads, including custom applications, third-party software, and non-Oracle databases to OCI, by conducting assessments, selecting appropriate migration tools, replicating environments, and optimizing for performance and cost post-migration
•    Monitor VM/Cloud Tenancies -  health, resolve incidents, and perform capacity planning to support business growth.
•    Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate IaaS and PaaS, automate processes using scripts (e.g., PL/SQL, Shell), and implement CI/CD pipelines.
•    Oracle certifications such as OCI Architect Associate/Professional are highly desirable
•    Working knowledge of AWS or Azure Cloud will be an added advantage
