Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Manage business of Secured MSME originations through Co-lending and BC partnerships, pan India.
- Explore and source secured lending partnerships: NBFCs and other platform lenders.
- Relationship and process management with the partners, for such origination; Tech integrations.
- Credit process integration with the partners.
- Set up lending limits for the partners.
- Ownership of business momentum, profitability and portfolio quality.
Overmanage X sell and up-sell of MSME secured loans; on internal and partner customer bases. Provide leadership (and grow) to the Salesforce CRM enabled X-sell channel, it presently has 1+6 members in Bangalore.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
- MBA (Finance) with 12-15 years experience
- Sales, credit experience with a large NBFC/ Bank
- Should have overmanaged extending line of credit to MSMEs/FI; Willingness to work on mid-size credit proposals
- Knowledge of mortgage loans/ processes
- Should have managed mid-size sales channel/ team
- Should be comfortable with financial analysis of corporates (Not at an expert level)
- Good at written and verbal communication
