Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the testing of new products, services, and features to ensure optimal customer experience before launch.
· Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and acceptance testing strategies.
· Identify, document, and track product issues, ensuring timely resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
· Work closely with product, engineering, and call center teams to ensure customer-centric testing approaches.
· Flag Blockers, P0s for Roll outs
· Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements for product quality and customer satisfaction.
· Ensure testing is completed within the stipulated timelines without compromising quality.
· Maintain detailed documentation of test results, defects, and feedback for continuous improvement.
· Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.
· Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in product testing and customer experience.
