Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to analyse, identify, rectify & recommend specific improvement measures that help in the security posture of the organization by protecting the sensitive information

• Role & Responsibilities
  • Very good understanding and proven hands-on experience configuring, maintaining, integrating and troubleshooting Cisco ISE deployments, including policy sets, authentication, authorization, and profiling.
  • Experience on working on 802.1x, Radius, TACACS protocol
  • Good hands-on experience on traffic analyzers (TCPdump, Wireshark)
  • Very good communication & collaboration skills.
  • Provide operational support for Cisco ISE including configuration, health checks, optimization. 
  • Very good understanding of networking principals and security best practices. 
  • Troubleshooting the problems related with product configuration issues and performance issues
  • Understanding of Routing, Switching, 802. 1Q VLAN, VPN, LAN, WAN, RADIUS and Network Security 
  • Good hands-on experience on VPN technologies such as IPsec and VPN clients
  • Performing Planning, deployment, integration, upgradation and monitoring
  • Add, remove and modify routing, security policies as per Client’s compliance requirement and standard practices.
  • Interact and escalate with Vendor for any system defect and support tickets, Monitor, detect, investigate and resolve security incidents and provide Root Cause Analysis within expected service levels.
  • Manage OS releases that include upgrade of devices to N or N-1 version.
  • Hands on experience on F5 (LTM) / Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) / Palo Alto firewall will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge on AWS will be an added advantage
