Job Description

1. Lead end to end Consumer Grievances from the Regulator
2. Understand key requirements and translate them in reports for DoT
3. Collaborate with vendor partners/ professionals to set a winning team.
4. Understand B2B eco-system to drive customer retention of Emerging and Enterprise customers.
5. Drive key initiatives of resolution efficiency and structural solve.
6. Coordinate effectively between functional and cross functional team.
7. Ensure timely delivery of application within budget
8. Project manage the vendor eco system for delivery of results on time
9. Review and monitor the quality and productivity aspects of the team members
10. Prepare effective Case Studies

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Thorough Understanding of 
o Call Center Operations and B2B Data Products like ILL/MPLS etc.
