Position: Lead- Modern Trade (National Account)

Location: Ludhiana (Hybrid)

Role & responsibilities

• Candidate must have experience to start new modern trade account from scratch.
• Managing listing in national key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts.
• Handling Modern Trade retail accounts throughout PAN India like, Example- Reliance, Metro cash n carry, Vishal Mega Mart, Dabur New U, Best Price, D-Mart, etc.
• Generations & follows up on new business opportunities.
• Negotiation and generation of POs from local buying managers through team or self-servicing of PO's in coordination with supply chain for stocks.
• Ensuring 100% fill rates to MT accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
• Handling Trade Activation for MT Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility and Promotions conducted at the account level.

Candidate profile -

The candidate must have end to end knowledge of Modern trade business and tactics.

The primary responsibility of the Modern Trade role is to identify opportunities and develop relationships with Retail Giants in the assigned market to target and enhance product sales. The candidate is expected to take charge of overall Modern Trade Outlets across the PAN India

• Candidate must have experience on start new modern trade account.
• Making Modern Trade business strategies.
• Mandate to have experience in FMCG / Cosmetic / Beauty / Personal Care Industry.
• Should be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Should have good analytical skills.
• Should be a good listener, able to respond to the client and handle different situations with Demonstrated ability to initiate business.
• Must have demonstrated ability to create sales/relationship opportunities with clients, prospects and consultants in assigned market segments.
