Lead - Marketing & Business Development Ultra Pure Water Segment
Location:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing & Business Development professional to lead growth initiatives within emerging segments like semi-conductor , PV Solar manufacturing, Green Hydrogen / Ammonia . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of water purification technologies including Ultra-Pure Water, Effluent treatment and recycle and the ability to develop and execute strategic marketing and sales plans. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong technical background and proven business acumen to drive market expansion, build client relationships, and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Ultra-Pure Water / Effluent treatment / Recycle across industries such as semiconductor, pharmaceuticals, power generation, and microelectronics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, consultants and end-users.
- Lead sales strategy formulation and execution to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements and market demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients to maximize profitability.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and pitches for new business opportunities.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Ultra-Pure Water products and services.
- Position the company as a market leader through thought leadership, technical seminars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Create marketing collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and product datasheets tailored for various customer segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and support customer engagement.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and ROI, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Manage branding and communications for the emerging segments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 15-20 years of experience in marketing and business development within the water treatment or Ultra-Pure Water industry (Mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of Ultra-Pure Water systems / technologies (e.g., RO, EDI, UV, filtration), effluent treatment and industry standards.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and business expansion in industrial water treatment markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product development, and operations teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
