Lead Manufacturing Functional Consultant

About This Role

Were hiring a Manufacturing Functional Lead to drive end-to-end discovery and solutioning across manufacturing value chains. With strong performance and demonstrated ownership, impact, and value creation, this role can progress into a Manufacturing Head position - shaping our functional strategy, client outcomes, and manufacturing playbooks over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, assessment, and solution design for digital transformation initiatives across all manufacturing functions planning, production, inventory, quality, service, product engineering, finance, etc.).
• Lead functional consulting across end-to-end value chains, including stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, as-is/to-be process mapping, gap analyses etc.
• Translate problems into data- and analytics-led solutions and cross-system requirements (ERP/CRM/PLM/ MES/BI/etc.); including defining integrations, master data, KPIs, business rules, etc.
• Lead stakeholder communication and alignment - drive decisions, document trade-offs, and own rollout and adoption plans.

Requirements

• MBA (Preferred) or Masters Degree
• 5+ years within the manufacturing domain
• Strong manufacturing process knowledge (planning, production, inventory, quality, service, costing, etc.)
• Strong data capabilities: KPIs, dashboards, and comfort working with data/technical teams
• Excellent communication; able to drive clarity and and alignment on decisions

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a small company, startup, or fast-paced environment, where adaptability and agility are essential.
• Experience with end-to-end ERP implementations (or similar).
