Job Title: Lead Learning & Development

Location: Mumbai

We are currently seeking a Lead Learning & Development to be based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 to 12 years of overall L&D experience , including a minimum of 34 years in leadership level and specifically within healthcare, hospital, or clinical environments.

Job Description:

This role requires a strong foundation in core L&D practices across various industries, complemented by direct exposure to the healthcare sector. The L&D Lead will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, execution, and governance of training programs. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing structured monthly training calendars.

- Ensuring clinical readiness and regulatory compliance.

- Driving service excellence and enhancing leadership capabilities across the organization.
