• implement and deliver high quality software solutions / components for the Exposure calculations, Risk Reporting, Workflow & UI platform.
• leverage your expertise to mentor and lead developers; review code/designs and ensure adherence to standards.
• manage the team and their development tasks end-to-end and take complete ownership of the deliverables (from self and the team).
• demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs.

Your team

You will be part of the Credit Risk Monitoring IT team for Risk Measurement area.

• team is part of the Credit Risk IT function and is dedicated to defining and develop the strategic tools and projects for the Credit Risk users.
• the team is responsible for the broad range of applications for data sourcing, data analytics and reporting and workflow.
• providing the systems needed by the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Firmwide Risk to manage Credit Risk exposure of its global Front Office trading functions.
• providing the systems that ensure Bank's compliance to various regulatory requirements.

Your expertise

• 12+ years’ experience in Application Architecture and delivery (using Java, Springboot, Javascript, Node.js / React JS, Java/Python,Spring etc)
• experience on micro services-based architecture and relational databases
• expertise in supporting / developing web UI
• build/Integration tools like Maven, Gradle, and Ant.
• design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
• excellent communication skills and experience in liaising with global compliance teams
• highly proficient in leading & mentoring Agile Scrum Teams with continuous & quality delivery
• knowledge in cloud infrastructure (MS Azure is desirable)
• knowledge in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and other cloud-native infrastructure technologies
• a team player who can work effectively in a global team split across multiple locations.
