Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

Position: Lead Java Full Stack Engineer

8+ years of strong hands-on experience in building scalable enterprise applications with Java 8+, Spring Boot & Component-based architecture such as React.

Deep understanding of Java programming language, Java EE, Spring Boot Framework, Microservices, Spring JPA/Hibernate and other related technologies.

Design overall architecture of Java applications by collaborating with product managers, business stakeholders and engineering team to launch new features.

Strong expertise in building modern, responsive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with Java-based backend systems.

Good hands-on skills working with relational databases - MySQL/PostgreSQL.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.

Strong leading and mentoring skills, with the ability to lead and inspire development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
